Brendan is a CAD designer specialising in Civil and Industrial Structures, working on a variety of projects from large scale commercial buildings, to major civil infrastructural projects. As structural lead, Brendan's work has involved delivery of Multi-disciplinary projects, coordination of design documentation across disciplines from concept design through to tender and detailed design. He has been responsible for reviewing civil structures, including alignment and geometric. As the structural lead during CPS phase for major civil infrastructural projects, coordinating across disciplines and problem solving to alleviate difficult site restrictions and conditions. With a strong understanding of buildability and practical construction, he can anticipate problems before they arise, and modify design accordingly. In addition to this Brendan has over 2 years' experience in fabrication and shop floor detailing, Architectural experience, demolition documentation, site experience managing steel erection and liaising with clients on a daily basis.
